Welcome...Photography has been a hobby of mine since the early 1970's, but I didn't really get involved until the late 1980's when I went to the 1988 USGP of Laguna Seca. My main photography interests are of scenery, family, and motorsports - primarily motocross/supercross & road racing. I've been riding motorcycles for over 30 years so I'm a BIG fan of anything that requires 2-wheels. It wasn't until the early 1990's I was able to get my first 35mm; a Minolta 3xi. I used this camera, taking all kinds of pictures, until 2004 when I got my first digital camera, Fuji FinePix s5000. Believe it or not, this camera takes some pretty good pictures - well enough to print out 8x10s in even it's lowest setting (this is a 4mpg camera that has a setting to bring it up to a 6mpg). If you don't believe me, check out my personal gallery: www.dinozland.com/Gallery. Quite a few of the pictures on this gallery are taken with this camera (original sizes have been reduced for storage purposes and to fit about any computer monitor. It was while using this camera that I decided I wanted to try and sell some of my pictures because of all the positive comments I've gotten from friends and family. Unfortunately, as much as I felt this camera took some really good pictures (obviously nothing close to a Canon EOS 1D), I couldn't feel comfortable using this as my MAIN camera. In July 2007, I was given a Canon EOS Rebel XTi for my birthday/Christmas present from my mom and step-father and now I feel I'm ready to go. Of course, I am a "realist" and understand there are photographers out there with much more experience then I, but I think you'll be happy with what I do for the price I charge. I welcome any feedback you may have regarding my pictures and this website. I've personally designed this website but I'm no "webmaster" or "web designer" - not to bad for an ameture I think. Please remember, all pictures on my website are owned by me and unauthorized use of any of my pictures is strictly forbidden. Well, that's about it. Hope you like my pictures and choose to use my services. Feel free to contact me by email at dlonskey@dinozland.com
